Our mission is to support and empower women, children, and youth in Germany and developing countries by securing their fundamental rights and laying the foundation for sustainable improvements in living conditions.
Our Vision
We strive to provide support and opportunities for women, children, young people, and adults, both with and without a migration background. Our mission is to foster networking, cultural exchange, mutual respect, and collaboration, helping to build bridges between different communities and cultures. We aim to empower individuals to lead independent, self-determined, and responsible lives by strengthening their personal autonomy and self-reliance.
Our commitment extends to women’s empowerment, ensuring they have access to education, professional development, and opportunities to achieve financial independence. We support adults in acquiring new skills, integrating into society, and developing the confidence to take control of their own lives.
Additionally, we work to raise awareness of social responsibility among our team members, encouraging them to develop their skills and take an active role in creating change. A core aspect of our work is advocacy against violence and the empowerment of women and children who have been affected by it.
We believe that young people and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds should be actively engaged in shaping their own futures, fostering a sense of agency, inclusion, and community engagement in society.

Through targeted projects and vocational training, we empower women to become financially independent and self-sufficient.

We support local initiatives to ensure compliance with children’s rights, providing them with education, healthcare, and a safe environment for growth.
➢ Empowering Women and Families Economically:
We promote income-generating opportunities and entrepreneurial initiatives to help women and families achieve financial stability.
➢ Raising Awareness and Education on Global Development and Human Rights:
We provide educational programs in Germany—both in schools and extracurricular settings—to inform people about the connections between global development and human rights.
