As part of the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU Antalya project, our organisation implemented a range of innovative and interactive activities to promote participation in the Erasmus+ programme and ensure that the project’s outcomes reached a wide audience.

A key element of the project was the organisation of art exhibitions, where participants creatively presented their experiences and project outcomes through visual expression. This approach made the learning process engaging while encouraging intercultural dialogue.

We also introduced a reverse mentoring programme, enabling Erasmus+ participants to share their newly acquired knowledge, intercultural experiences, and professional skills with colleagues, creating a valuable exchange of knowledge and perspectives.

To make the project’s outcomes accessible to all staff members and learners, we developed interactive infographics and multimedia presentations that communicated complex topics in a clear and engaging way.

In addition, cultural exchange and immersion activities provided participants with opportunities to present their experiences while promoting cultural diversity, mutual understanding, and inclusion.

These initiatives ensured that the Erasmus+ experience became an integral part of our organisation, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment.
